ERGANI is a
doll inspired by the simple forms of the archaic art of painting.
It may be a
woman who is dancing or spinning.
Its body is made of cotton, its clothes of
linen and hand-woven textile; decorated with embroidery. Its hair depicts the hair
locks of the ancient statues.
Its name originates
from one of the many names of the ancient Greek goddess Athena, who taught
humans the art of weaving.
Both its
design and structure are an original creation of ERGANI Weaving Workshop!
